• Bonus Validity: Expires if not used within the specified number of days from the date of issue.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once or abuse any bonus offer may result in account closure.

• Cashback bonuses are credited directly to your balance and generally carry no wagering requirements.

• Game results are final. If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.
• If a match is abandoned after a bet has been accepted in Sports Betting, the stake is generally refunded.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time through our support team. However, jk99 may also close or suspend an account under certain circumstances:

• If evidence of terms and conditions violations is found.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• After extended inactivity (typically 12 months).

If you have a remaining balance prior to account closure and no rule violations are pending, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw those funds. If an investigation is ongoing, withdrawals may be placed on hold until it is concluded.
